Self-anchoring inserts IXKB

The inserts for stone and solid surfaces are built in stainless steel with a set of spring washers and a plastic collar to keep together all the components.

The self-anchoring insert for stone allows to create threaded seats in different materials such as marble, granite, natural and artificial stone, porcelain and composite materials (HPL, Corian, etc.).

These inserts are made in AISI 303 stainless steel and provided with a PA6 plastic collar, suitable for applications affected by corrosion or external environment; are available in different lengths and thread dimensions, with or without flanged head, to fit different thicknesses and uses on materials.

The geometry of these inserts allows a high pull-out strength tested on different materials.

Moreover, the installation is very easy and fast. Just drill a 12mm hole into the receiving material and the insert can be installed by pressure with manual tools.
